I will send you some info on the fund raiser ( Fun Raiser) shortly.
It is an event that would only be a once of thing and it has been organised for a tuesday night so that many of the singers and host can come along without effecting any other show.At this stage I have written to companys to find sponsers for the event in the local area and will be contacting more this week.The W2S site and capital Karaoke of course will be promoted at this event and also in the lead up to the event with any local papers and radio stories as well as have POS materiel on display at the venue.If you have any Banners and/or other posters I would make sure they are displayed in pride of place.As for size I can work with anything you may have and would post these items back to you after the event.
I will try to get some photos to you shortly and also the news paper items about Shauntelle Berryman so you are informed about the caurse.
I will be working hard on this project to make sure it is an event that promote the industry that is good for all conserned .
The main thing is that It will be a great night for karaoke people/forumers to get together and meet to have a fun night as well as raise funds for a family that needs help at this time.
I will keep you updated with the details along every step of the way.
