| From the Where2sing.com forum: Rubber ducky the point of the venue reveiws is a place for people to give reveiws weather it be good all bad. if you were a subscriber here you would see that the cumberland also has some good veiws as well.( mostly from Roz) If a host see,s that someone has nothing good to say about there Gig and that singer is that upset by it that they wish to put it down in writing ,here than it is a good way for that host to make improvements about there gig.Most of the people that put in a reveiw are people that have been around to many venues and are talking from point where shows are compered with each other.Sure the cumberland show is Ok but there are far better ones out there that pay attention to sound and mix the sound to suit the singers voice.Some singers dont like to waste there voice by having to shout and some do take there sport very serious.
Sometimes it is better maybe if you dont have something nice to say than dont say nothing at all but in this site It would be great if everyone only said nice things but Im afraid this site is about peoples veiws and not everyone has to agree with those veiws.
Welcome to this site it is nice to see a new person here and dont worrie most Gigs also get bad reveiws at times that just the way it is.
