hi David Help please I need to reconfirm my venues but I am not very good with computers and still can't access the site. I get a screen which says welcome back but no name ??? I have tried your link which worked before to update my own venues but it directs me to a small screen with your banner and option to close window etc???? Most important to me if could you update the following information for me. I have left things a bit late and with the problems trying to access the site I am now running out of time for some of it so please please please. I need to fix the Hillsdale Bowling Club last Friday every month which is definitely still running but has been listed as stopped. (not sure by who or why) I also need to promote karaoke comps at the Matraville RSL Club $3,000 cash prizes in the GF - last heat (sun) 2nd April with GF on April 30th and Matraville Hotel $5,000 worth of prizes and giveaways (thurs) last heat on May 11th with GF June 8th thank you David cheers

Many thanks for letting me know, and I've updated the venues (and reinstated Hillsdale) as you have requested. However, it would still be a good idea for you to have a look at your list of venues just to make sure I've got them correct. If the 'Welcome Back' message didn't also say your name, then I'm pretty sure you're Signing In with some other email address. In this case, you won't see a line saying 'You can check your own gigs by clicking here' because, of course, you'll be looking at a screen for someone else (or yourself but with some other email address - if that makes sense). The website identifies you by your own email address - the one to which I'm sending this email. If you're using Microsoft's Internet Explorer, this could be part of the problem - as it sometimes insists on using an old email address that you've entered previously. To ensure that the problem is fixed, it's best to open your browser, click on the Tools' dropdown menu, select 'Internet Optiojns...' and click both 'Delete Cookies' and 'Delete Files'. This will remove the stored information about websites from your computer, so that your browswer is forced to get the latest information from the Internet rather than just showing you what has been previously stored on your own computer (hope this also makes sense). Then, close all instances of your browser, and when you re-start it, you should be able to go to where2sing.com, enter your email address and pasword, and be Signed In to the correct account. If you can't remember your password, just enter the email address to which I'm sending this email but leave the password box blank, click 'Sign In, and the screen will come back telling you that your password is incorrect but offering to immediately email your password to you. Use this option to get your Password. So, when you're finally back in to W2S, you should see (on the main page): Welcome back (your name)... You can check your own gigs by clicking here. If you'd like to select or update your Favourite Venue choice, you can so here. And, by clicking on the 'here' of the lijne 'You can check your own gigs by clicking here.', you should get to the list of your own gigs. Please do let me know if this all works out ok...
