You're very welcome - it's actually surprising how many people do read the forms and take the time to respond to requests for help. Capital Karaoke does a reliable overnight service (as their standard service), and though you can probably shave a couple of dollars off the price by buying from the US, on a one-off it's probably easier just to give Capital a call.
