| From the Where2sing.com forum: Jason & Kev: Thanks so much for the advice.The night went really well,i made a couple of little mistakes but i was the only one who noticed so that was ok.Had a really good crowd considering it was a small country pub.Nine people entered the comp so i think i did my job ok.Mingled with the crowd a bit and overall had a lot of fun hosting.Dont know what i was so worked up about,give me a few more gigs and i could get used to it.Overall i think it comes down to just being yourself and having a bit a funand if you make a mistake have a laugh about it, nobodys perfect. I was pleased that people in the crowd felt comfortable enough to come over and have a chat.What a great job you hosts have,theres not many people that can go to work and so much fun at the same time.
