| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi everyone
I will agree with Pat that we did have a good night at Cumberland last night. The idea of the 'back to back' songs in the first round actually came from another singer, Manuel, last week. At least all the singers who come in and put in song requests get a minimum of two songs. I am hopeful that Cumberland is on its way back and will go on to being the really good gig that it used to be. The 'back to back' songs in the first round will now be a regular thing at Cumberland and I believe that it may be tried at other Karaoke Kapers gigs in the not too far distant future.
I am wondering whether 'Throb' was there, as there were a few new singers that I had not seen before. Jase, loved your songs and you have a very good, powerful voice as did your friend who was with you. Hope that you visit again.
Oh well, work waits for no one and I have plenty of it to do today. So have a good day everyone.
