| From the Where2sing.com forum: Wolf: Have been going through reading comments on various venues; check out the comments on Steakout at Crown Casino. IMO, that's how feedback should work. Someone doesn't like something, it's a genuine grievance and the management have a podium with which to advise how they are trying to fix the situation. It appears after reading these comments that it's the venues ideas on how karaoke should be run that is causing the problem and the operator is doing their best to bring things around.
If I had come across this venue and didn't like it, I may never go again, but because the management were able to address singer's concerns and even re-post when they felt the issue had been addressed, it would provide a very strong incentive for people to go back.
