| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi everyone - Dubbo Outback Icon 2006 has now finalised with a wonderful night by all. It was announced at the Grand Final 14th May 2006 that this year will be the last of the Dubbo Outback Icon. This is a great shame as it has been a wonderful competition in the past few years attracting entries from all over the country.
I as a semi finalist feel sadness that Outback Icon will cease, however, I'm sure there will be many more competitions to ensure that no withdrawal symptoms set in.
