| From the Where2sing.com forum: Jason, i can be bothered, the story goes like this!! I wasnt in the comp, a girlfriend of mine was, everyone strictly had to be there by 7pm to register, most contestants were......... except for 1, who arrived at 10.50, the comp, was into its last 2 contestants, a late arriver, rushes on up to the host to register, they let her in and also let her sing the same song as one of the other contestants. the contestants had to list a backup song.......... i just believe that if she couldnt have been there for 7pm like everyone else, she shouldnt of been allowed to register. The judges that were representing the comp, arrived 30 mins late, then did a little speel about the previous venue they had been at to judge, and that the contestants in that pub were crap compered to the singers where we were..... Maybe they should keep there comments to themselves.
