Ah yes, I think I know the person in question!! Goes around undercutting all the good operators and has a lowsy show to put on in place of it. Mick and I know this person well unfortunately. I don't think that this person is getting much work at present, maybe one show at the most, and Pat, if this person is the person that I think you are talking about, then believe me it is a lousy show, I've been once, stayed for an hour (and froze in the process), Mick sang two songs and I didn't bother to sing with the lousy sound and that was enough for me!! The venue for this particular show was one that is cold and very draughty and the sound is lousy. I think that this person hangs around the other shows with dreams of undercutting his way in. How many times has he done it? Quite a few apparently, but I think now that a lot of the better karaoke shows know this person and keep an eye on him if he turns up at one of their shows. I can agree with the 'Rouges Gallery' for such people, but we have to be very careful of who we name on this forum, that is why no names are being mentioned at present!! I have to wonder though, could there be two people around as bad as the one that Pat and I are thinking of??
