| From the Where2sing.com forum: Jason: Depends upon the venue, there are some places I only do known stuff, others where I do the crash an burn stuff (for exactly the reasons James Orr stated.. and Moby is one of those arists with 'We are all made of stars'). I suspect some places think I'm good and request this or that, others just let me sing what I want with no expectation of hearing the 'good' stuff [cool!].
I don't particularly care.. I know I could sound good if I practised but the truth is I don't have the equipment nor time to do this. I don't need the money or the applause, I just go to de-stress and chill out. To sound good is frankly too much work ;)
NB: I am being a little controvesal here and the reason is to encourage others to jump in and offer their perspective.
