I have never had a flu shot and a few friends that have had it , ended up sick and with another strain of the flu. Don't know much on the subject, so really can't say too much.
I do believe your own natural anti bodies help to prevent illness, but in saying this if it is going to happen then not so sure the flu shot will prevent it all together, maybe just sick to a lesser degree.
Hi Bruce, Sorry have been flat out will be in touch this week. Kieran was a well deserved winner at the finals and the finals was really good, heaps of support and not a big enough room. We both know the story on that one. Good luck with your comp.
