| From the Where2sing.com forum: Im with you Gavin, I am pushing many people to your site as I get complaints about the fee structure with W2S. Im surprised if anyone pays for this service.
David is aware of my complaints, and he answers them reasonably and in his business he has every right to manage it his own way. He too seems to be a nice guy, but Im surprised about this. If its any help, by simply putting a copyright tag on the footer of a page dosnt make him the owner of that content on his pages either except specified logos , there are court cases that back this up, they rule that its more a plagerism issue not copyright.

Many thanks for the copy of your email to Gavin (hope he doesn't mind...lol). I'm surprised to hear you're publicly on the side of pirates. Are you sure it doesn't worry you when you have to compete in your own business against people using pirated karaoke discs in competition with your own expensively purchased, genuine karaoke disc collection?
And you may need to 'push' people a little harder, because even if 100% of those on Karaoke Goss come from you, that's still less people than could sit comfortably on my lap...lol.
