I received an email stating that the owner of karaokegoss had not been contacted and that had he been he would have worked to resolve the matter, so I asked the question. The email stated that you posted his personal details so obviously you had them and could have rung (as I would for something that is obviously important to you). Would you send an email without trying to resolve it? I don’t know, I don’t know you I was asking the question so I would know.
It seems from your response that you tried with the website that ripped you off, but I was asking for karaoke goss a site that I visit on occasions. I have no part of this just was curious to know so if you don’t want to respond don’t I really don’t care other than the fact that I am receiving these emails.
Your intellectual content should not be ripped off, but it doesn’t give you the right to have a half hearted attempt to resolve it if indeed that is what happened.

Believe me, my attempts to resolve this were far from half-hearted. I think the problem was that Gavin had given over responsibility for the website to Gary, partly so he could throw up his hands and say he knew nothing about it if things went wrong. Things did go wrong, Gary ran and hid, and Gavin had to take responsibility for his website.
