I have 2 reasons to thank you.
First, for making the 'standout' comment which, neutral and non-committal as it was, I am choosing to take as a compliment! lol. So: Thank you.
Second, for your intelligent approach to the issues, sticking to your guns, arguing your case AND THUS showing me where I have been going wrong on this forum in the past when people chose to kick up a stink and have a go at me. Thanks to the marathon read of posts here, I realized that many, if not most of those who chose to swap barbs either did not read or fully comprehend all the posts you made. The problem we two have, I think, is assuming that when people voice their negativity to us, we think they are doing so from an informed point of view (the info was there after all), when in fact, they are not. Either they skimmed the post or just didn't understand it before they expressed themselves. SO....... the reason I thank you is I shall no longer be giving credit of comprehension to those who decide to argue with me - especially in regards to their own posts which you have been thorough enough to quote back at your detractors and yet still been met with grief and denials!
I love the wit you apply to your posts so I do hope you stick around here. Nice to see someone who can express themselves and not get side tracked by emotions. Jolly good!! You even had me change my mind from agreeing with posts by others when you countered them - and THAT is a rarity.
Yegods, I think you've made a FAN out of me! ...But in a MANLY way, of course.... ROFL
I commend you on supplying a free database to the financially less fortunate. Some probably see this as a conflict of interests with not only this website's database but even the concept of karaoke but that's simply because they don't get that the intent of the different databases is different. One is for promoting for profit, the other is not. One is for promoting a business, the other is promoting free entertainment. Both have their place. Good luck with the site!

A quick Google on 'internet abbreviations' ought to solve your troubles. Even put in a couple of abbreviations that you know already to help get hits on the right sort of sites. My favourite abbreviation is BOHICA which I think refers to the concept of suffering misfortune just when you thought things couldn't get worse... Look it up, peeps. I think it's HILARIOUS! lol
