From the Where2sing.com forum:

Robert (A.K.A. Not a host)... Although I am on holiday, my first duty is to W2S, and thus I am looking out at a beautiful beach and warm sea into which I shall shortly immerse myself.

As for who controls a gig listing, I believe I have already answered you in detail (have you considered clicking on the Help link?), and that to repeat my reply is to waste my time. Please do accept that what I write is what I mean, and if you are asking me whether you could write to all the hosts you know and request that they take their listings off W2S so you can get them exclusively onto KaraokeGoose.com - well, don't even think of trying that one on.

Indeed, I think that after your performances in the W2S forums, you must expect not to be taken too seriously with suggestions that you arbitrate over the obviously pirated W2S Gig Database on SinKing.com.au - if you cannot see it, then you are about the only one.

Are you hoping that your hitherto unknown name will bring credibility to karaokeGoose.com, or are you just a little bit concerned that your name has just been tarnished by your new ownership? After all, who would really want to be connected with a website that even its founder didn't want?

And you're really seriously expecting me to think that all will be right with KaraokeGoose.com just because Gary can't be found to answer for himself, and Gavin has done a runner on the responsibility stakes by handing it over to an unknown? Geez, you're asking me to be a bit dumber than I'm known to be.

I think you are somewhat out of order by sending me a private email (marked 'in commercial confidence'), receiving my reply, then repeating your subjects in a public email. And as for my publishing your private address, if this becomes your public address (as with those of the pirates), and you choose to violate W2S copyright on KaraokeGoose.com, then you will most certainly also find your publicly available address on W2S in a 'Name and Shame' story. If you have any thoughts of claiming the SinKing.com.au pirated W2S Gig Database as anything other than that which has been stolen from W2S, then take this as an advance 'Cease and Desist Order' - you will have no further warnings from W2S whatsoever.

I have to comment that I'm unlikely to need to call you - remembering that you're the person who has been crying on my shoulder about how mistreated you are in the W2S forums, how everyone is out to get you even though you seem to be the one right at the centre of stirring up trouble, and desiring my email responses - perhaps less offensive and innaccurate remarks such as '...and not pull the same trick you did on Gavin' would go a long way to helping you build some respect.

If this post from you is any indication of the likely 'new direction' of KaraokeGoose.com, and especially your sudden defensive stance of KaraokeGoose.com's poor history, then I think you might as well bury it now and save yourself the inevitable personal humiliation.
