| From the Where2sing.com forum: HI ELLY....The one i remember ,that cause my disappointment was 'dinner & show' the cost was about $ 45-00, the meal was a grand selection of 3 reception type meals, you know the wham bam thank you mamm stuff ,prepared sometime though the day then heated up , i had the tough old roast ,which would have costed the venue $5-00 to table, and then to my way of thinking that meant the entertainer was getting somewhere between $35- to $40- per head , but even if they were going 50/50 it was pretty high for a sole entertainer using backing tracks , i think there was enough money involved to support a band
