| From the Where2sing.com forum: Jason Ive start hosting a gig at the central coast on sunday nights and it has been going well.This week was a slow one I would say due to the cool weather but I had 2 singers ready at starting time.I started at 6 and was doing the gig alone this time meaning setup was a bit slower.I order dinner and it took longer then normal. Yes my freind the clock struck 6 and the chips and veg went cold.AS THE SHOW MUST GO ON and dinner can wait .I sang a few songs due to the two singers only putting in one song to start with, then the singers sang after that it was back to me.TRAINS DONT STOP BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE A FEW CUSTOMERS ON THEM Nor should karaoke show.I feel a good host should sing as many songs needed to get the show on the road.
I am suprised the George has been put in this spot and I would think Knowing George he will sort it out quick smart once he finds out what went on there that night.
I dont know this Danny but if he is doing a show for george or the club he should start on time.It makes me wonder whos rig he is using.I for one would not let someone take charge of my rig unless it was on my terms >>WOULD YOU.?
