No I don't feel much better, although my voice is slowly coming back. I don't know how this 'bug' hit me so suddenly, last night I was fine at CCC, although a bit on the cold side and had the shivers sometimes, maybe it was this 'bug' setting in with me. One thing is for sure, I won't be singing for a while, I might be out at Windsor on Friday, but not singing. I don't believe in spreading my cold (or flu) germs all over the microphone for others to catch, even spraying the mircophones with Glen 20 or similar does not completely stop the spread of cold and flu germs, but there has already been a long discussion on that on this site and I don't want to open it up again.
Catman, nice to see you and Ray at CCC last night, I hope your scarf has recovered from Mick 'wearing it' where he did (lol)!! Even though there weren't many people there, it was still a good night. I suppose in the end it is what a person makes it for themselves.
I am signing off now to go and have a much needed catnap and hopefully I will have some voice back tomorrow!! It is no fun trying to talk and nothing comes out!! Mick had a day off today to look after me (he was worried about me) and he was joking around at how quiet it is because I can't talk!! What a lovely thing to say about me!! I don't talk all that much!!
