| From the Where2sing.com forum: I think it's great to see hosting companies take feedback on board and communicate regularly with 'their' patrons. I've read (via comments of venues) some really great things about BPM and I dare say it's all because they listen and most importantly, provide a constant flow of info to singers. If I found a venue that I believed left a lot to be desired, I'd steer clear and let others know. However, if the hosting company addressed my concern and advised what they were doing to improve (as I've seen BPM do in one particular occassion), not only would I stick around, but I'd bring others.
