Ah David...
I forgot about the whole double quotation mark glitch here!! You got me!!! lol. Yes indeed, I did mean 4 feet, 11 inches and yes, that's how short she truly was. As I understand it, she's hosting karaoke nights these days and even part of a comedic musical duo. Wouldn't surprise me if Music Addict's found them already somewhere in the city but alas, said girl and I had a falling out many moons ago when I was a mere wuss of a boy instead of the manly type man (minus the grunt thump aspects common to such) that I am now. Heheheheh. Doesn't matter. I believe we've each moved on without any fuss.

Bring it on!!! 'The Confessions and Adventures of a Karaoke Princess!'
I'd play the impostor priest who lets the grill of anonymity within the confessional booth stand between him and his forbidden love for one of his karaoker parishioners, would I? Then it turns out that he's not really a priest at all but merely disguising himself to keep hidden from the authorities after his karaoke winnings during his freelance days in dodgy karaoke circles as a 'chaser.' lol. Eventually, the truth outs and of course there comes the obligatory coming to terms with the truth for the both of them before the soppy, predictable ending where they face off in a karaoke competition before slapping each other to death with raw herrings in a piranha infested mud pool during an equinox of the moon at summer solstice wearing nothing but tennis shoes and silk loincloths emblazoned with stylized, robotic images of their local KJ's whilst being pelted with rancid bananas sculpted into the form of radio microphones... I know. WAY too predictable - but call me sentimental...
Throw in the odd bullet dodging, gravity defying stunt and I'm there, baby!! Just have your people contact my people about production time and we'll work something out. Heheheh.

Hope everyone's enjoying their karaoke. I had to make do with a birthday party's karaoke machine this evening where thankfully, no police showed despite how late we were all there till - though somewhat pathetically, most of the crowd had departed by about 2am, if not earlier. Party animal that I was though, I was there till a mere half hour ago and it's already daylight now! Gotta love your par-TAYS, right?
Gave it a bit of Bon Jovi's Bed of Roses first - not my choice but hey, it went over okay. Next came Love Is All Around by Wet, Wet, Wet then duets with a pitch-challenged guy for Hotel California and Nutbush City Limits and an even more tragic slow rendition of 'The Letter' which I didn't recognize, which were all later redeemed by a great duet with a girl for Huey and Gwyneth's Cruisin' and later still, some duets with a totally trashed (and highly attractive) off-duty policewoman for the Moulin Rouge version of Lady Marmalade, J-Lo's Let's Get Loud and Destiny Child's Survivor. So, karaoke wise, a good night if only at a friend's back yard on a dodgy machine with the volume low so as not to upset the neighbours too much.
