Mick and Joe decided they needed a chance of scenery tonight and as they both weren't working, they decided to go over to Eastern Creek, so I got the job of driving!! Not a bad night over there, haven't been there for a long time. Chris and Sue are nice, friendly people and made us feel welcome. Nice to catch up with some friends that I haven't seen for a long time, Denise, Charlie, Fitzy and Vicki, good to see them again. Sang a couple of songs, I've always like the setup for karaoke there, nice roomy lounge area and there were new chairs that weren't there the last time I was there. The food is excellent, anyone looking for a snack or a nice meal would not be disappointed in the food from the Eastern Creek Tavern. I think that Mick and Joe had a couple too many to drink as they were both looking a bit bleary eyed when we left just after 11PM, they stood talking to Jill in the carpark for a while and then I dropped Joe off at home and Mick is now snoring his head off in bed, while insomniac me is out here typing and trying to catch up on work!! Why is it that I get my best artistic inspirations at night??
