Thanks for the get well wishes both on here and e-mails. I am still coughing the place down but feel brighter in myself today. I probably will go out to Windsor on Friday night but whether I sing or not is in the lap of the Gods at present. I would not wish this 'bug' that I have had on my worst enemy.
Mick and I went down to CCC tonight to collect the karaoke gear for Friday, and we had dinner in the restaurant, first time I have felt like eating in days. The food there is really great, and I highly recommend it. I think the restaurant is open most nights, so if anyone is looking for a nice meal, reasonably priced, slip into CCC and dine in their restaurant, it is really worth it and the price is reasonable.
I did feel a bit lost not going to karaoke last night, but I didn't think it was wise to go out feeling as lousy as I did. Glad to know that I was missed though. I'll be back there on Saturday night.
I have heard that the kids karaoke may be back again, but I will check with George and make sure first. Don't want to put the cart before the horse when it might not happen.
