After all, would you want to hire someone who complains regularly instead of getting on with it and fixing it? Its the old adge of gab the postive and stay silent on the rotten apples.
However, there is the benefit in exchanging experiences and I think the way you expressed your scenario was more appropiate than the bluntness of some others. Again, I'm only trying to point out the touchy feely side of business and its often this that wins over simple technical skill and execution. Maybe Kay would be served with talking it over with Rovics to get it out of the system and moving on, alternatively a little sugar and spice could enable the discussion to continue to broil without compromising the touchy feely side of their business image.
