I'm imagining that the purpose would be very much the same as the old W2S Gig Pricing Guide - something that categorised hosts based on perhaps equipment/experience/crowdsize. Anyway, tangibles that were not open to different interpretations, and from which venues could clearly see the relationship between gig price and quality of karaoke show.
We could do this in a very simple manner:
1. Host submits basic details that rate him into a certain 'star' rating
2. Confirmation of details (eg discs bought, crowd size) is provided
3. Star ratings published on W2S and available for dispute by singers
Then the information collated into a list from which venues are invited to choose hosts, or indeed where they can check the 'star rating' of those who approach them.
