One point Ive tried to make here James is that in the 'business' of Karaoke we are very much in the public eye, as opposed to alot of business people who can hide behind office doors and never see the light of day. Therefore I feel it is more important for us to be 'seen' to be conducting ourselves in an ethical and honest manner, because its so easy for the disgruntled to attack you while you are 'working'.
