From the Where2sing.com forum:

First and formost I would like to thank a couple of people who helped me prepare for the competiton at CCC last Saturday night -- they are Mick & Kititude, Cowboys Sweetheart & Her Legend, Joe 'Falcon' & Cheryl, Stewart {my son} & Sarah & of course my little granddaughter, Johnny B {for all his advise}, Barri Tone {for his wisdom}, Lewis {my big gentle giant} and of course My Teddy Bear. Without them would not have had the courage to even think about competing. Also thanks to many others who gave their advise via the forum on how to prepare for the competiton.

I hope now that I have banished the title of 'The Mouse That Squeaks' and I have made those whom I care about proud. I have still got a long way to go and I hope to improve more and more.

I have one other to thank but this persons name I will not mention as they host karaoke and without this person saying to me once before 'You will never be a singer' but to me that was not what karaoke is about, to me karaoke is having fun and enjoying one's self. I don't claim to be a singer and now that I will never sing as good as some but is that what is important.

My apologies to all for not giving permission for Kititude and Cowboys Legend to tell everyone where I was but I was admitted to hospital on Sunday morning and then transferred to Blacktown later that night.

Again thank you to those who supported me on Saturday night and now we have to go through it all again. ha ha ha ha

Hugs, Luv & Kisses --- Lady Lush Legs.
