| From the Where2sing.com forum: KATE KELLY: Thanks for a good insight into the 2006 KWC. Those KWC Judges must be something else, a rung or 5 above the 'normal' talent quest judges indeed. As I understand it, contestants can, and some did sing, in their native tongues. Now, without understanding the lyrics, the judges can only judge 'musically', and on stage presence and performance ... maybe they did get a sypnosis of the song in English so at least they can see whether a singer is smiling and dancing throughout a sad song about lost love and contemplated suicide ...
