| From the Where2sing.com forum: When I think about it, the real essence of karaoke is what we've just witnessed at Bristol Arms last Saturday; that is people getting pissed & singing irregardless of the sound quality which is not much different when we invite people at my place & belt out a few tunes from my MagicSing. The problem is exactly what Jason just pointed out. We are so used to singing in a much higher quality karaoke environment that anything less is deemed as a disappointment. I cant say I wont be back at that place though coz A) i love retro B) eye candy factor=100% & C) id rather sing karaoke on saturday than watch Iron Chef
