| From the Where2sing.com forum: Leather Baron, I am only new to the Karaoke scene and whilst we did have a total blast at Grumpies and really found Michael to be a really great host, we are not really in the position to judge you on your ability to host a show. Congratulations though on embarking on a new side of Karaoke, I am sure I couldn't do it. Steve was an observer and did not sing but he met some people who said they were regulars and they feel Michael is spot on with his rotations but yet considerate to people who may need to leave etc. I guess many people go for different reasons, I liked Grumpies because although I am a really bad singer, Michael made me not feel stupid for having a go even though there were some very good singers there. Being new to Karaoke, I would hate to think anything I said was taken as a negative, so please do not think you did anything wrong. Everyone has their own ideas of what they want when they go out or go to karaoke. I personally like someone who humours my singing talents (LOL).
PS Karma Karaoke Kay - Your sound like a sad and bitter person and might I add you are also on this website so I guess that means you are an unsuccessful host as you stated that all the good ones don't go on here???
