Now, I'm not saying this is your problem but for me, Dee Why is not easily accessible from the CBD via public transport. Coupled with some great venues in the city, it comes down to what compelling reason could make me 'risk the unknown' and travel out there. There has to be a unique selling point and quite often, it comes down to the venue itself.
