| From the Where2sing.com forum: I'm just popping in too, but it seems that there is very little going on in here tonight.
How was everyone's weekend? Mine was karaoke and more karaoke but that is nothing new. The heats of the talent contest at CCC have now finished and the semi finals commence the first Saturday in November (4th). I am surprised that some of the people I thought would enter didn't, some of the heats held a few surprise packages, none more so to me than Robert A (people who go to CCC, St. Mary's Band Club and Uncle Bucks and possibly a few other venues would know him) who has gotten through to the semi-finals. Last year's winner, Christopher Lee has entered again this year and is through to the semi finals, but he has some stiff competition, I would say that any one of 6 or 7 people could take out this years contest.
Next weekend the Halloween parties are on. I wonder how many people will both to dress up and get in the spirit of things? Mick and I have got costumes, a few people that I know are dressing up, so I hope that everyone enjoys it.
Oh well, not much more to talk about, so I hope that someone else gets on here and says Hi too.
