From the Where2sing.com forum:

Puss in Boots - Nice to see you back on here again, it has been a while. I've made some Halloween posters to put up at the Band Club on Sunday night, they look quite good, but they are not as big as I would like, the printer doesn't run to using the bigger size paper unfortunately and I don't have the time today to take them to Officeworks and get them copied on to the bigger size paper. They look effective though.

I'm still a bit peeved about Windsor changing the show over to a D.J. and cancelling karaoke tonight. When I asked about it I was told by one of the Duty Managers that it was due to less than the usual amount of people there a few weeks ago which just happened to be the school holidays!!! - people were away............!!! Last Friday the place was packed!! What I didn't think was fair was that they asked Mick and Joe to advertise the show and then they pull the rug out and replace karaoke for tonight with a D.J.!! Oh well, that is life I suppose, karaoke will be back there next Friday though and it is a break for Mick.

Mic Rophone, I can only hope that you get a satsifactory result to what has happened. I don't know a lot of hosts but I am wondering if you are talking about one that I do know?? You have to wonder why people do this kind of thing. As you have said, let sleeping dogs lie.

I hope that everyone has a good day and a good weekend with all the Halloween parties that are going on. I know of a few people who are going to dress up for the Band Club's Halloween party on Sunday night, beware of the female vampire though..........!!!(lol). I would be interested to read sometime next week about all the parties that are being held. I know that there are a few of them.
