From the Where2sing.com stories:
Boiling Point

Only been actively involved in karaoke for about 12 months and it's interesting to see different attitudes of both hosts and participants at different venues. One feature which seems quite prevalent is singers leaving when they've had their go. With most audiences made up of singers waiting their turn, it's not uncommon for the audience to have mostly left by the end of the session. That must be discouraging for the host, and the venue, and I just think it's a bit rude. I was recently one of the last to sing and the audience was down to three, and one of those was my partner.
