I guess what annoys me the most is those venues that cater mostly to the 'buddy system' ie. where the people who get to song often are the 'mates' of the host. Furthermore, another annoyance is where the host 'locks in' a song for another singer and won't allow others to have a go at it. This is unfair to those patron who attend (especially when it a new venues for those partons) and certainly makes you re-consider going back. Bad for the Karaoke business, bad for the venue and bad for the partons. R.
