Boiling Pointif there is one thing I HATE at karaoke its when the host allows people to submit the same song/s as someone else! Ive even been asked to change a song when a late arrival has turned up, friend of the host presumably, and asked to do a song that I had submitted two hours earlier. I always try to choose songs that are a little more obscure to avoid this so this request left me incredulous, apparently this person 'always sings this song' - well say something when I first put the request in, or take it off the selection list. If someone happens to choose one of my favourites before I do I just choose something else, I guess this is the difference between a good and bad host!
